The subject of the contract are forest management services as defined in art. 6 clause 1 point 1 of the Act of 28.9.1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2018, item 2129, as amended - "Act on forests") covering works in the field of farming, forest protection , fire protection, logging and skidding, nursery, selection and seed production, meadow and agricultural management and hunting, as well as maintenance of roads and educational facilities, as well as obtaining Christmas trees and protective measures in the area of Natura 2000, to be carried out in the Łomża Forest District in 2020. The material scope of the subject of the contract includes the total amount of work resulting from Annex 3 to the ToR, which consists of:

- attachment No. 3.1. - size of works by activity,

- Annex No. 3.2.- difficulty zones and skidding distances,

- Annex 3.3 - wood harvesting sorting system.

The subject of the contract are services in the field of active protection measures on land properties managed by the Łomża Forest District, located in the Natura 2000 Czerwony Bór PLH200018 area, in the Zambrów Commune. The scope of work has been developed on the basis of the Agreement referred to in point 2.1.

Treatments will consist in removing shrub vegetation (bushes, trees) with elevation and chopping of biomass and combating broom breeze with the use of herbicide.
