The assignment concerns the delivery of Standard Software, Maintenance on this Standard Software and related services. The exact scope of the assignment will be defined in the program of requirements and wishes, which will be drawn up separately from this document.

The provision of Standard Software concerns the provision of licenses/rights of use in the

broadest sentence of the word, whereby this does not only have to mean the delivery of the license / right of use, but may also concern management and maintenance, training, advice or support (support) that is necessary for the (permanent) proper functioning of the Standard Software in question.
