The measure in question here involves construction work in a 4-storey existing building with a full basement using the VGB precast reinforced concrete skeleton construction method. The subject of the complete construction project is the renewal of the façade and roof.

For operational and organisational reasons, the implementation of the measure is to be carried out in individual sub-construction phases.

The 1st part of the construction phase is located in house R on the 1st level - interior and is divided into 2 construction phases.

1st BA January 2024 to April 2024

2. BA May 2024 bis August 2024

Inside, the metal façade cladding will be replaced by masonry. The old windows will be dismantled and new window elements including window sills will be installed. The column cladding on the outer façade will be re-planked.

The radiators in the window area as well as the heating connections in the column area will be renewed.

The other service packages (roof and exterior façade) of sub-construction measure 1b will be put out to tender at a later date.
