The purpose of the Framework Agreement is to provide a set of legal and strategic advisory services to the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGAC), Directorate of Air Transport (Dta), relating to the concession of the Nantes-Atlantique and Saint-Nazaire Montoir aerodromes. These services, which are part of the Nantes-Atlantique airport redevelopment project, cover in particular the designation of the future concessionaire, the monitoring of the execution and termination of the concession in progress as well as the start of the execution of the future concession

The purpose of the Framework Agreement is to provide a set of legal and strategic advisory services to the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGAC), Directorate of Air Transport (Dta), relating to the concession of the Nantes-Atlantique and Saint-Nazaire Montoir aerodromes. More generally, these services are part of the Nantes-Atlantique airport redevelopment project.The Framework Agreement covers legal and strategic advisory services relating to: - the designation of the future concessionaire for the Nantes-Atlantique and Saint-Nazaire Montoir aerodromes;- the start of the execution of the concession concluded with the future concessionaire, in its studies and works phase;- the monitoring of the execution of the current concession approved by decree of 29 December 2010 with the company Aéroports du Grand Ouest (Ago) until its effective termination under the conditions provided for by interministerial order of 24 October 2019;- the termination of the current concession and the transition between the outgoing concessionaire and the incoming concessionaire, including the settlement of the operations to close the accounts of the current concession
