The subject of the order is the delivery of 2 brand new low-floor public transport buses.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in the annexes to the ToR.

1. The subject of the order is the delivery of 2 pieces of brand new low-floor city buses and:

1) providing warranty for buses and built-in devices and all bus equipment;

2) the supply of software for vehicle devices and equipment, as well as updating the database software, as well as the service of that software;

3) issuing technical and operational documentation of the vehicle type, including the operating instructions in Polish;

4) license for software delivered with the bus devices and equipment or issued with the subject of the delivery;

5) providing service assistance;

6) training employees of the Employer.
