1. The subject of the contract is the provision of services in the field of performing active protection of rock habitats on the indicated areas in the Kobylańska Valley (Krakow Valley Landscape Park) and the Benedictine Abbey in Tyniec (Bielańsko-Tyniecki Landscape Park).
2. Before carrying out activities related to active protection, the Contractor shall be required to prepare expert opinions and develop documentation necessary to obtain the permits required by law, necessary to carry out activities related to active protection (primarily permits for felling trees) and to obtain them.
3. The detailed scope of work is described in Annex 3 to the ToR.
4. The said order should be carried out in accordance with the model contract (Annex 4 to the ToR).
5. The Purchaser does not allow the submission of partial offers.
