Consultants are required to update the West Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service Approved Standing List for Detailed Design and Project Management Services.
Initially, five new fire stations (of approximate value £2 Million each) are potentially required in the next three years. Subsequent requirements may involve a number of other fire stations or other administrative or authority buildings. Fee Tendering and the appointment of Consultants may be for single scheme appointments e.g. a single Fire Station project, or may be for a combination of two or more schemes.
Responses are requested from lead consultancy organisations who are able to offer a fully integrated, detailed design and project management package. This will involve all associated construction design disciplines including Architectural, Structural, Mechanical and Electrical Services, CDM, Quantity Surveying and Project Management. The Consultancy Team may be from one organisation or provided through established, effective, proven and reliable working arrangements with other practices.
