The contract relates to the shift of operating administrative IT and technical IT (applications, storage and databases) from a solution at current supplier to the solution of the upcoming supplier.
The supply consists of the following services:
— Access to server capacity for administrative and technical IT
— Operating and monitoring of administrative IT and technical IT (applications, servers, storage, databases and part of local networks) and management of IT security in cooperation with network vendors
— Operating system and security operation and security (antivirus, updates, etc.) for clients and deployment of new clients
— Licenses and maintenance of MS Office and Exchange/Outlook licenses including 3rd level support
— 2nd level support incl. problem management
— Consultancy.
