The municipality of Gomaringen intends to expand and renovate the existing Gomaringen fire station at Robert-Bosch-Strasse 46.
For the extension and renovation of the Gomaringen fire station, a planner is now being sought for the object planning in accordance with HOAI by means of a negotiated procedure with a participation competition.
The assignment should take place in stages.
The negotiations are expected to take place on 13.10.2023.
As part of the fire brigade requirements plan, the need to expand the fire station was determined. The aim is to remedy deficits and map future space requirements. These are, above all, the expansion of changing rooms and sanitary facilities with the necessary "black / white" separation (spatial and furnishing separation between operational and social areas), workshops and offices as well as rooms for the youth fire brigade. In this context, in addition to the 5 existing parking spaces, two additional parking spaces for vehicles as well as areas for maintenance and logistics are to be created.
A feasibility study has already been carried out here. This will be made available to the participants in the 2nd phase of the procedure.
The fire station (built around 1980, reinforced concrete construction), which is mainly still in its original state at the time of construction, is to be renovated both in terms of energy efficiency and with regard to the technical building equipment.
The budget is based on total costs of around € 5.8 million, gross KG 200-700. In addition to the expansion and renovation of the FW house, this also includes the construction of a cold hall, the outdoor facilities and a PV system including the necessary transformer station.
Intended timeline:
Start of planning at the end of 2023 / beginning of 2024,
Completion at the end of 2025 / beginning of 2026.
The contract period is estimated and starts from the start of planning until completion. The contract term can be extended (depending on the specialist planner) by the warranty (LPH 9).
