1. The subject of the contract is the execution of construction works consisting in the construction of a sanitary sewage system and water supply network in the area of ul. Leśna in Boguszów Gorce and as-built documentation, together with obtaining, on behalf of the Employer, documents enabling the use of the water supply and sewage network.

Leśna in Boguszów Gorce and as-built documentation, together with obtaining, on behalf of the Employer, documents enabling the use of the water supply and sewage network.

2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is the project documentation (Annex 11 to the ToR).

Note: The Contractor shall, before commencing the implementation of the subject of the contract, draw up and forward to the Employer for approval the detailed material and financial schedule with the anticipated works, deadlines for completion of works (within 3 working days from the date of delivery of the construction site). Other requirements regarding the description of the order are specified in the Specification of the Essential Terms of the Order.
