Invest NI was formed in April 2002 to be Northern Ireland's main business development agency. It is a Non-Departmental Public Body (NDPB) operating under the Department for the Economy (DfE) with an overall mission to deliver expertise and resources to accelerate the creation and growth of business committed to and capable of, being entrepreneurial, innovative and international. Invest NI has approximately 650 staff, spread across its Bedford Square headquarters, a Regional Office Network, comprising 8 offices across Northern Ireland and a number of overseas offices. Invest NI have a requirement for the provision, implementation, support and maintenance of a Human Resources Management Information System which must encompass the following system requirements: — A Human Resources Information Management System (HRIMS); — Learning Management System (LMS); and — E-recruitment system.
