General conditions regarding the implementation of the subject of the contract
1. When creating, as part of the subject of the contract, spatial data sets, the PL-2000 rectangular flat coordinate system and the PL-KRON86-NH geodetic altitude system referred to in § 7 and 13 of the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of October 15, 2012 shall be used. on the state system of spatial references.
2. Materials collected in PZGiK are used to carry out the subject of the order, if they contain the results of geodetic situational or height measurements of appropriate quality. The quality of PZGiK materials, including their reliability, is analyzed by the Contractor. In case of doubts regarding the use of PZGiK materials, the Contractor shall make arrangements in this respect with the Poviat Surveyor or the PODGiK Manager. The Contractor documents the results of the analysis of PZGiK materials and possible arrangements in a report prepared according to the template constituting Annex 2 to this OPZ.
The objects in the previous base map database maintained by PODGiK are shown in the Kronsztad 60 system. A transformation to the Kronsztad 86 system should be performed. The exception is the frame update of the master map for the Sanok bypass project adopted for PODGiK under No. P178.2018.1505, which was adopted in the system Kronsztad 86. The transformation should be carried out using the "TransH" program, which is available on the website podgik.sanok.pl - download tab (available for free).
PZGiK materials containing the results of geodetic situational measurements
In the system 65 or local systems, it is used to implement the subject of the contract after previous calculation of the coordinates of the geodetic control points and situational points, including border points, from the system 65 or from local systems to the PL-2000 system. Possible transformation should be done with a program called "Program" available on the website podgik.sanok.pl - download tab (available for free).
Works carried out according to the schedule:
1. Submission of geodetic work up to 14 days after signing the contract
2. Retrieving materials from the resource necessary to complete the task up to 20 days from submitting the work
3. Handing over the working database for inspection at least 30 days before the final date of receipt
4. Submission of comments after the initial verification of 10 days
5. Introduction of databases to the TurboEWID system October 21, 2019
6. The deadline for final acceptance is October 28, 2019
