The order includes the object planning services of the service profile buildings and interiors according to § 33 ff HOAI in connection with Annex 10 HOAI, service phases 6 to 9 for the facade renovation of the high school in Eckental.

The facade from the construction period of the high school in Eckental has been showing deficits in various respects for several years (pinching sun protection, susceptibility to storms, moisture problems inside).

In recent years, damage and cracks have appeared on the facade surface. Various variants of the renovation were examined in the design planning. The complete replacement of the facade was decided as a variant to be implemented. According to the enclosed design plans, the new facade was not planned with a weather shell as was the case in the existing building.

The funding application has already been drawn up. A funding decision is expected for early 2020.

According to the cost calculation (as of December 2019), the costs for cost groups 300 to 500 are gross at around EUR 2.95 million.

The service should begin immediately after the assignment. If the funding approval from the funding agency is available in early 2020, construction is scheduled to start in July 2020.
