Metal construction, windows and doors
The windows and exterior doors are designed as 3-fold glazing.
The summer thermal insulation of the window surfaces is provided by external external venetian blinds and roller shutters.
The specifications for window and glazing work are carried out in two parts:
- Part 1: Specifications for aluminium windows; throughout the ground floor; Aluminum windows on the upper floor only in the areas above the stairwells and building entrances of the ground floor.
- Part 2: Specifications for plastic windows on the upper floor. All apartments are equipped with plastic windows. Aluminum windows on the upper floor in the areas above the stairwells and building entrances of the ground floor.
NEW CONSTRUCTION OF A 5-G GROUP DAY CARE CENTER WITH 1 3 RESIDENTIAL UNITS
The existing daycare center in the Heldenbergen district is becoming too small. Due to the planned expansion of the area of the city of Nidderau, there is a need to expand the range of day-care centres. This need will be met by the planned new construction of the KITA Allee Mitte II. The new building is planned as a wedge-shaped, two-storey standard building, with the daycare centre on the ground floor and 13 apartments on the upper floor. The total length of the complex is about 6 0.00 m x 2 5.00 m on average. The gross floor area ground + floor is approx. 2,586 m² .
The new building will be designed as a two-storey solid construction without a basement.
The roof is designed partly as a solid flat roof with bituminous waterproofing, partly as a wooden roof truss with nail plate trusses, which makes the group rooms of the daycare center with the apartments above stand out as individual houses. The façades are designed partly as a rear-ventilated, curtain-type façade with wood cladding, partly as a thermal insulation composite system, in compliance with the current GEG specifications.
