1. The subject of the contract is the delivery, assembly and commissioning of the CCTV video monitoring system in the building of the Regional Court in Wrocław at Sądowa 1/Podwale 29.30 along with the execution of construction works to the extent necessary for the proper performance of the contract. The total number of indoor dome cameras – 325 pcs. The total number of outdoor bullet cameras – 31 pcs. The cameras will be mounted on passageways and staircases, in selected rooms with an area of about 5,000 m2 and on the external façade of the Court. The CCTV system will be managed by means of a software platform based on client-server architecture and communicating via Ethernet. The system will include a management server, recorders, cameras, operator stations. 2. The scope of the contract includes in particular: - preparatory and security works, - delivery and installation of cameras and materials for the execution of the subject of the contract, - transport of materials3. and equipment for the installation site, - laying cabling, - installation of devices in system nodes, including tests and measurements - dismantling of existing cameras and unused equipment of the existing CCTV system (after launching a new CCTV system). Dismantling applies only to demountable elements and does not apply to wiring, - training of the Ordering Party's employees, - tidying up the area after the completion of works. 4. The building will be used during the works. Due to the fact that the works will be carried out on an active facility, during the Court's working hours, i.e. from 7:30 to 15:30, only those works that will not interfere with the work of the Court may be performed. 4. The subject of the contract is described in detail by: 1) design documentation consisting of: a) detailed design, b) bill of quantities, 2) technical specification of execution and acceptance of construction works, Design documentation and technical specification for the execution and acceptance of construction works were prepared by LEMA Maciej Stolecki with its registered office at Śliwkowa 16, 55-020 Żórawina. The design documentation together with the technical specification for the execution and acceptance of construction works constitute Annex 1 to the SWZ and are its integral part. 5.
