The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of accessories for OHS clothing and elements of uniforms.

For a detailed description of the item of the order, see Annex 7 to the SWZ.

3.2. The Contracting Authority allows partial bids to be submitted.

The subject of the contract has been divided into 2 parts, hereinafter referred to as "Tasks":

Task No. 1: Accessories for OHS clothing

Task No. 2: Elements of uniforms

The Contractor may submit a bid for one or more Tasks. However, the offer submitted for the Task must cover the entire scope of the work provided for in the SWZ for this Task.

3.3. The list of quantities of individual types of ordered assortments has been specified in the unit price form constituting Annex 8 to the SWZ.

The quantities of the subject of the contract specified in the unit price form (constituting Annex 8 to the SWZ) are indicative. The Ordering Party is not obliged to purchase the entire subject of the contract, which, however, may not be the basis for any claims against the Ordering Party. The Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce the quantity of the subject of the contract by a maximum of 70% in relation to the gross value of the Subject of the Agreement, specified in § 3 section 1 of the model contract constituting Annex 3 to the SWZ. The order of a smaller quantity of the subject of the contract will not affect the amount of unit prices resulting from the unit price form submitted by the Contractor together with the Offer prepared according to Annex 8 to the SWZ. The Ordering Party also reserves the right to change individual quantities included in the subject of the contract (within the scope of the task – as part of interchangeably balancing orders and gross contractual remuneration for the order), provided that this does not increase the total value of the contract.
