TeeSe Botnia Oy Ab solicites tenders to conclude a framework agreement on PR and brand products for the needs of the City of Vaasa, the municipality of Isokyrö and its other owner communities.

The object of the procurement is the brand and PR products of the parties committing to the procurement, i.e. the subscribers. The brand and PR products are a variety of small sharing products (e.g. reflectors, pens), more valuable sharing products (e.g. mugs, bottles, canvas bags) and textiles and accessories (e.g. T-shirts, collega shirts, tube scarf, beanie). The purpose of the products is to, for example, the following:

- products intended to be held and distributed at events and events,

- products intended for distribution for marketing purposes,

- for own use, e.g. products to be distributed or given to staff

In procurement, the basic products of the subscribers are put out to tender, for which a price is requested. The final contract product range is agreed in cooperation with the selected contract suppliers.

In addition to these products, subscribers have the option to purchase other PR and branded products from the product range of the selected contract vendor, to which the vendor assigns a discount percentage per product group. Discount percentages do not affect the comparison of offers.

Two (2) contract suppliers are selected for the procurement contract by sub-area. The operating model of the framework agreement is described in the draft contract attached to the invitation to tender.

The tenderer may submit a tender for one or all of the sub-packages of the contract.

Section 1 targets textile products and accessories that can be personalized according to the client's brand and graphic instructions, e.g. textile products. T-shirts, long-sleeved shirts, tube scarves, socks.

The products must be of high quality, ecological and responsibly produced.

The supplier of the products must label the products in accordance with the client's brand and graphic instructions, with the most suitable marking technology for the product, as required by the product material.

The marking technology is always agreed on a case-by-case basis between the representative appointed by the client and the supplier of the products. The customer delivers the print-ready materials for marking to the supplier of the products.

The target of the procurement is small and larger products, which are primarily given and used for PR, communication and advertising purposes. In addition to purchasing products for the subscribers' own needs to be used, for example. Staff.

Products in the sub-area are distributed, for example, at fairs and other events. The products of the product range are diverse for reflectors, from recycled bags to thermos mugs.
