The purpose of this contract is to provide advice and technical assistance in the field of IT by the Information Systems Department (ISD).
Indeed, the IT department wishes to be accompanied by specialized service providers to assist and advise these teams around four technical areas:
• Project management assistance,
• Project management,
• Architecture, urbanization and data,
• The functional recipe.
The objectives and characteristics as well as the conditions of execution of the expected interventions are specified in the Special Administrative Clauses (CCAC) and the Special Technical Clauses (CCTP), as well as in their possible annexes.
