TENDER INFORMATION

First Ark is looking for a single cleaning contractor to provide a cleaning and window cleaning service across its new Bluebell Park Apartments (more information available at http://www.bluebellparkapartments.co.uk/index.html) located in the Huyton area of Knowsley.

The contract includes an Extra Care Facility containing 101 one and two bedroom apartments with extensive communal areas including restaurant, lounge area, hairdresser, activity and lobby rooms, and an Older Person Shared Ownership building which also contains large communal corridors.

Services required under this contract are expected to include cleaning, internal/external window cleaning, hygiene and washroom services and the provision of consumables (such as toilet rolls and washing up liquid) under this contract for communal areas and periodic cleaning and laundry services for the guest suite.

The contract is to start December 2014.
