The contract to be tendered is defined with the following points:

- providing brand-independent advice on AV resources,

- drawing up and updating a product catalog for OZHW schools,

- making AV resources and software available for testing,

- the brand-independent supply of AV resources (in any case touchscreens, screens for presentations and presentation resources that come on the market during the term of the agreement) and software, whereby the choice of hardware and / or software, partly based on the of the contractor, is made by OZHW,

- installing AV resources,

- inventorying and providing first and second-line service to new and already in possession of OZHW digital presentation resources (which no longer have any obligations) for the benefit of education,

- providing training for the use of AV resources, if desired.

The scope of the contract is the replacement of AV resources during the course of the contract. In the past three years, a large part of the design of OZHW has been equipped with new AV resources. This had a value of approximately EUR 400,000. No rights can be derived from the number.
