The purpose of this contract is the provision of services related to the technical inspection of the compliance of studies and renovation works of public housing with the requirements of the Social Climate Fund (FSC), including adherence to DNSH principles, energy performance and decarbonization, as well as fire safety. The service provider will be entrusted with a technical control mission for the design and execution, including theoretical and practical verification of the works to be carried out, notably in order to produce, at the end of the mission, one or more final certificates, accompanied by all required documentary evidence, demonstrating compliance with the FSC program’s objectives, including respect for DNSH principles, energy performance and decarbonization, as well as fire safety. Beyond control, the provider will be an active partner with other stakeholders in anticipating and preventing issues, researching, and developing solutions in response to specific project constraints or events or contingencies requiring adaptation.
This mission must allow the PABs, in their capacity as contracting authorities, to demonstrate that the project meets the objectives of the FSC program, including respect for the DNSH principles, energy performance and decarbonization, as well as fire safety, by ensuring their regular monitoring and the documentary management of the evidence file.
