Structural design planning services, in accordance with § 51 HOAI in service phases 1-6 plus special services, with phased commissioning

The city of Frankfurt is planning to expand the Ernst Reuter School, an integrated comprehensive school and an upper secondary school. This includes the renovation of school buildings, the construction of new sports halls, a multifunctional building and an indoor swimming pool, and the demolition of the old sports and outbuildings.

The expected costs of the services to be awarded are estimated at approximately €60.4 million for cost group 300 and approximately €21.9 million net for cost group 400. The construction project will take place in four construction phases. The completion of all measures is scheduled for around 2029
