As part of the implementation of this reserved lane, the SMTC and the CAPV wish to set up a high-level carpooling service between the main origins, destinations concerned by the reserved lane, in the form of lines. The objective of this service is to propose a simple and effective solution to convince motorists to become carpoolers, especially as passengers. Framework agreement with purchase orders with a minimum of 200 000 EUR and a maximum of 1 000 000 EUR HT for the entire duration of the contract. Award of a single market. The Framework Agreement starts from its notification until 30.6.2022. The carpooling service must be operational from 1.7.2020 for users. The holder has a period of time to prepare and put in place the solution between the notification and 1.7.2020. The details of the services are indicated in the CCTP.
