The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity on the terms set out in the Energy Law Act of 10 April 1997 (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1385) and in executive acts issued on its basis with a total estimated volume of 8,000.00 MWh for the needs of two production facilities belonging to the Municipal Water and Sewage System in Bydgoszcz spółka z o.o.
