It is not made to be decomposed in slices. The services are divided into 11 lots designated below:

- Property damage,

- damage to dikes and pontoon,

- general civil liability,

- port civil liability,

- civil liability for damage to the environment,

- legal protection of the Collectivity and criminal defense of officials and elected officials,

- automobile (fleet + auto mission + machine gear breakdown),

boat insurance,

- all exposure risks,

- individual accidents,

- cyber risks.

Conditions of execution of the contract: all of these administrative provisions are applicable to all the lots of the contract, including if the lots are distributed among several insurers.

The insurer covers all losses, damage and costs caused to immovable property by nature and by destination of which the insured is the owner, tenant holder or guardian and resulting from the occurrence of an accidental event mentioned in the technical clauses and particulars of lot 1 (CCTP lot 1).

The purpose of this lot is to cover death by accident and that relating to permanent disability by accident. These guarantees cover damage occurring only during the activities and trips of the insured, by all types of transport, and necessitated by their mandate and function or their activities in the service of the municipality.

This lot covers the following guarantees:

- assistance and crisis management,

- insurance for damages incurred by the municipality following an attack on information systems and data,

- liability insurance related to cyber risks,

- the cost of restoring the image or reputation,

- the administrative inquiry,

- fees for Pci-Dss penalties,

- costs related to the alteration of the website and extranet,

- defense costs in the event of an investigation by the CNIL.

The purpose of this lot is to guarantee all losses, damages and costs resulting from the occurrence of an accidental event, including “sea strikes”. The insured goods are those located on the town's marina and are listed in the technical and special clauses of lot 2 (CCTP lot 2).

The purpose of this lot is to guarantee the consequences of the civil liability of the municipality because of its assets which it owns or keeps, because of its staff, because of the implementation, management and execution of its powers and activities, including in the event of faults, omissions, clumsiness or errors, as soon as it is an event or damage not falling under the exclusions mentioned in Special technical clauses for lot 3 (CCTP lot 3).

The purpose of this lot is to guarantee the consequences of the civil liability of the community because of its assets of which it is the owner or guardian, because of its staff, because of the implementation, management and execution, of its powers and activities, including in the event of faults, omissions, clumsiness or errors when it is an event or damage not appearing in the exclusions mentioned in the specifications technical and specific (CCTP lot 4).

The purpose of this lot is to guarantee the pecuniary consequences of the civil liability of the insured due to bodily, material and immaterial damage suffered by third parties, resulting from damage to the environment, consecutive to fortuitous events that occur. on the community's facilities and which are attributable to its activities.

The purpose of this lot is:

- information and advice services relating to the technical questions of the insured and in particular as to the extent of his rights and obligations,

- prevention and transaction services,

- conciliation and arbitration services,

- legal aid benefits in the event of failure of conciliation and arbitration. These services extend to disputes that may relate to construction insurance.

The purpose of this lot is to guarantee the community as to the financial consequences of the civil liability that the insured may incur as a result of damage suffered by third parties, resulting from attacks on people or property and in which an insured vehicle has been involved, whether in circulation or out of circulation.

The purpose of this lot is to guarantee in particular the damage and costs caused or suffered by all the boats belonging to the municipality.

The purpose of this lot is to guarantee exhibitions of objects and works of art organized by the municipality and guarantee permanent collections owned by the municipality and the objects and works of art entrusted to it.
