1. The subject of the order is:
1.1. Cleaning service - maintenance of cleanliness in buildings administered by Ordering — Starostwo Powiatowe — in Piotrków Trybunalski at 7 Dąbrowskiego Street, Dąbrowskiego 12 Sienkiewicza 16A Street and Al. 3 Maja 33 in the period 1.10.2021—30.9.2024.
1.2. The service of 24-hour cleanliness maintenance on the property of Piotrków County in Piotrków Trybunalski at POW 12 Street (the site of the former PKS station), during the period from 1.10.2021 to 30.9.2021.
1.3. Protection service — surveillance of real estate administrated by Ordering — Starostwo Powiatowe — in Piotrków Tryb. at Dąbrowskiego Street 7, Sienkiewicza Street 16A and al. 3 Maja 33 in the period 30.9.2021—30.09.2024.

1. The object of the contract is the provision of cleaning and security services of buildings Starostwa Powiatowa in Piotrków Trybunalski at 7 Dąbrowskiego Street, Al. 3 Maja 33, Sienkiewicza 16A Street and 12 Dąbrowskiego Street, cleaning of real estate at POW 12 Street and inkaso services of monetary values and convoy :
1.1. Cleaning service - maintenance of cleanliness in buildings administered by Ordering — Starostwo Powiatowe — in Piotrków Trybunalski at 7 Dąbrowskiego Street, Dąbrowskiego 12 Sienkiewicza 16A Street and Al. 3 Maja 33 in the period 1.10.2021—30.9.2024.
1.2. The service of 24-hour cleanliness maintenance on the property of Piotrków County in Piotrków Trybunalski at POW 12 Street (the site of the former PKS station), during the period from 1.10.2021 to 30.9.2021.
1.3. Protection service — surveillance of real estate administrated by Ordering — Starostwo Powiatowe — in Piotrków Tryb. at Dąbrowskiego Street 7, Sienkiewicza Street 16A and Al. 3 Maja 33 in the period 30.9.2021—30.9.2024.
1.4. Inkaso service consisting of convoying monetary values, value and intangible assets from the office buildings of Starostwa County in Piotrków Trybunalski to the relevant bank serving the Ordering Authority in Piotrków Trybunalski, during the period 1.10.2021—30.9.2024.
1.5 Service of the Convoy of the Ordering Employee (usually the cashier), together with the monetary values transported by him, value items or intangible assets, from the buildings of the County Starostwa in Piotrków Trybunalski to the relevant bank serving the Ordering Party in Piotrków Trybunalski or other institution identified by the Ordering Authority in Piotrków Trybunalski and back, during the period 1.10.2021—30.9.2024.

3. Pursuant to Article 95 (3) The Contracting Authority requires employment by the Contractor, subcontractor or further subcontractor on the basis of the employment relationship, within the meaning of the Act of 26 June 1974 - Labor Code (Journal of Laws of 2020 item 1320) of persons performing the following: cleaning, security, inkaso, convoy, requiring supervision of the Contractor in the performance of the contract, if the performance of these activities consists in the performance of work in the manner laid down in Article 22 (1) of the Law
4. The obligation shall also apply to the modification or replacement of the persons performing the activities referred to in paragraph 3 of the SWZ.
5. Detailed requirements for the implementation and enforcement of the employment requirement on the basis of the employment relationship are set out in the template of Annex 10 to SWZ.
6. The Contracting Authority shall not specify additional requirements for the employment of persons referred to in Article 96 (2) (2) of Pzp.
7. The Contracting Authority shall require that, within 7 days of the commencement of implementation of the contract, the Contractor shall submit a statement to the Contracting Authority on the basis of the employment requirement of the persons referred to in paragraph 3, on the basis of the employment relationship.
8. Detailed requirements for the implementation and enforcement of the employment requirement under the employment contract are governed by the model contract Annex 10 to SWZ.
