Since November 2018, LANUV NRW has been operating the office and laboratory building in Duisburg, Wuhanstraße 6 and 11.
Since building management or facility services are not the main task of the client, a specialist company is to be employed for the provision of these services, whose core business includes facility management and facility services. The client's goal is to manage the property in the best possible way, professionally, in a way that is of value and sustainable.
Currently, the property will be managed by another facility management service provider until 31.03.2024. In order to create a smooth transition, a facility management service provider is to be commissioned on 01.04.2024.
It is planned to carry out a smooth handover between the current and the future service company. For this purpose, a training period or time to take stock of the status FM is planned, which is scheduled to begin on 01.02.2024.
The contract period begins on 01.02.2024 and initially runs for 24 months. The contract shall be extended for a further year, but no later than the expiry of a total of 48 months, unless terminated in writing by the Client or Contractor.
