This work is subject to a single contract to be awarded to a single contractor for the performance of all the services provided for in the operation.

The sole holder takes the form of either a single operator type general contractor of the building or a group of solidarity or joint economic operators with solidarity of the agent.

It is a public contract any body of state including the following technical services:

1) masonry;

2) scaffolding - ITE facades and cladding;

3) tightness;

4) metalwork;

5) wood interior carpentry;

6) plastering - painting;

7) tiling - earthenware;

8) electricity (entrance halls);

9) PVC and aluminum exterior carpentry;

10) exterior steel joinery;

11) replacement of landing doors and drying doors;

12) painting of stairwells and loggias;

13) repair of bathrooms;

14) thin floors on stairs;

15) heating - plumbing;

16) VMC;

17) electricity - CFO - CFA;

18) satellite TV network.
