The specific services are commissioned by means of a separate order-related service call for the framework agreement and through on-site instructions by the AG.

The service is performed discontinuously according to the respective service calls by the AG.

The volume of services is non-binding and there is no entitlement to total sales. The approach applies to the evaluation of quotations for public procurement purposes.
