private cloud hosting of an iaas (Infrastructure As A Service) and DASS (Desktop As A Service) service for the needs of the city of Le Bourget

The provider is expected to offer the city of Le Bourget an Iaas (Infrastructure for Servers) service hosting Windows and Linux virtual servers and associated storage as well as a Daas (“Desktop as a Service”) service hosting virtual desktops. It should be noted that IaaS and Daas services are currently based in the registrant's solution on VMware's vsphere and Horizon View software. The expected services are particularly described in the consultation documents, with free and unrestricted access on the buyer profile of the Contracting Authority. The services will be remunerated by application to the quantities actually executed of the prices of the Unit Price List (B.P.U) and according to the provisions of article R.2112-6-1°, passed without a minimum amount and without a maximum, in application of articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Code of public order. It will result in the issuance of purchase orders. Purchase orders will be notified by the contracting authority as needed. The estimated annual market amount is: 67,000 euro (s) (tax not included). The contracting authority does not commit itself to the amount mentioned above, it is an estimative.The services are divided into 2 phases designated below: phase 1: Commissioning and migration: Installation, configuration and commissioning of the dedicated hardware infrastructure and software supporting the Iaas and Daas services. Migrating virtual machines from the old cloud to the new one. Implementation of dedicated fiber optics between the host and the community. Phase 2: IaaS and Daas services in the bidder's data center. This is the provision of recurring Iaas and Daas services with maintenance in operational conditions of these services throughout the duration of the market with technical, security and capability evolutions. This phase no2, runs from the end of phase 1 until 31 December 2022, renewable 3 times maximum, i.e. until 31 December 2025
