The scope of the task includes the supply of electricity for own needs and those of the Resko Commune. The order concerns 135 energy consumption points – buildings, administrative premises and municipal facilities located within the administrative boundaries of the Municipality. 2. The scope of the task includes the supply of electricity for own needs and those of the Municipality of Resko. The order concerns 135 energy consumption points – buildings, administrative premises and municipal facilities located within the administrative boundaries of the Municipality. A detailed list of collection points with technical data is included in Annex 6 to the SWZ.

3. Electricity must meet technical standards in accordance with the provisions of the Energy Law, implementing regulations to this Act and Polish Standards.

Quality standards relating to the main elements of the subject of the contract are described in the Act of 10 April 1997. Energy Law and in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 4 May 2007 on the detailed conditions for the functioning of the power system. The rules for the functioning of the power system are set out in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 4 May 2007. The rules for the formation and calculation of tariffs and settlements in electricity trading are set out in the Regulation of the Minister of Energy of 6 March 2019.

4. The estimated amount of energy supplied during the procurement period (1 year) shall be 1 005 706 kWh (1005,706 MWh)
