700 MHz NMR spectrometer including:

The 700 MHz NMR spectrometer with helium-cooled sample head is intended to make the NMR-based structure elucidation of small molecules more efficient. The main area of application includes the 1H-1D and 1H-detected 2D NMR investigations of natural products and complex extracts of plants, fungi and marine organisms, as well as synthesized substances. Since often only small amounts of the natural products to be examined are available, the 1H sensitivity and the stability of the measurements are of great importance. Furthermore, the device is said to be suitable for quantitative analyses, reaction tracking, kinetic investigations and the elucidation of reaction mechanisms.

The offered system should allow 1D NMR measurements of 1H, 2H, 13C, and 15N, 2D gradient-based measurements of 1H-13C, and 1H-15N, each with X-core decoupling (also as NUS variant incl. data processing), selective (also multiple) signal excitation and suppression (with free pulse shaping by amplitude and phase modulation), as well as measurement and processing of DOSY spectra.
