Lot 16 - outdoor facilities.

On the Gret-Palucca-Straße / Parkstraße building plot there are three identical building blocks with connecting corridors from the 1950s. These will be completely renovated, including outdoor facilities, for the social housing market. The renovation and new construction in the open space include: an access road, parking spaces, garbage locations, access roads to the houses, bicycle parking facilities, play areas and tree, shrub, perennial and ground cover plantings as well as lawns.
