REAL Consulting have been appointed as Client Side Project Managers, Employers Agent and Quantity Surveyors for this contract and will be procuring on behalf of South Norfolk Council the Contractor to Design and Construct circa 50 residential units (Class C3) and up to 800 m² of commercial offices (Class B1) together with associated highways works, external landscaping and services on the land. The programme is to deliver the first residential units by the end of 2015 together with the commercial offices subject to final sequencing of the works, anticipated overall completion by April 2017.To maintain project momentum the design team have already been appointed and are in the process of developing the scheme design to enable a Reserved Matters application to be submitted in December 2014. It is intended to novate, in part, the Architect and Civil/Structural Engineer, at Contractor appointment.
