The subject of this order is the collection and transport of municipal waste from the owners of inhabited property located within the Municipality of Lysse, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on the maintenance of cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2021, item 888) the local waste management plan and the provisions of the Rules of Procedure of Purity and Order in the Community of Bald. Municipal waste should be delivered to the Municipal Waste Disposal Facility, 8 Komunalna Street, 07-410 Ostrołęka.

4.1. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to reduce or increase the amount of waste transferred in relation to the quantity shown above and the right to change the type of municipal waste depending on actual needs and quantity, without the Contractor's right to claim damages for that respect.

4.2. Requirements for the transfer of received unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste to municipal installations;

The Contractor shall be obliged to: transfer the received mixed municipal, green and biodegradable waste (biodegradable waste) from the area of the municipality of Balse to the municipal installation, in accordance with the applicable regulations in this regard.

4.3. Types of municipal waste received selectively from property owners;

Municipal waste will be received with a frequency in accordance with Resolution No XI/82/2019 of the Bald Municipal Council of 30.12.2019 on the detailed manner and scope of provision of services for the collection of municipal waste from property owners and the development of such waste in exchange for the levy paid by the property owner for the management of municipal waste and resolutions amending the above resolution: Resolution No XV/114/2020 of the Bald Municipality Council of 18.09.2020 and Resolution No XVII/131/2020 of the Bald Municipality Council of 11.12.2020. The scope of the object of the contract includes Reception and transport of the following waste:

(a) unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste (including ash) - 2 times a month not less than once every 2 weeks from each household;

(b) municipal waste collected selectively, comprising the following waste fractions:

- metal, plastic and multi-cartridges - 1 time a month,

- glass — 1 time every three months

from every household.

(c) municipal waste biodegradable — in the period of April — October — 2 times a month at an interval of at least 2 weekly, while in November — March — at least 1 time a month, from each household that declares such a demand - i.e. from holdings, which will not compost biodegradable waste on its own property (329 farms).

Residents of the Municipality of Bald will supply paper and cardboard, paper waste and waste packaged from cardboard to the Selective Collections Point.

4.4. Sanitary standard of the performance of services and environmental protection;

The contractor is obliged to:

(a) ensure that vehicles and equipment used in the collection of municipal waste are protected against uncontrolled discharge of waste, during its collection, handling and transport,

(b) wash and disinfect vehicles and equipment with a frequency that guarantees their proper sanitary condition not less than once a month and during the summer not less than once every 2 weeks,

(c) keep a dossier containing information on the disinfectants used and the frequency of disinfection of vehicles and equipment which it is obliged to provide at the request of the contracting authority.
