1. The subject of the contract is a comprehensive supply of high-methane natural gas of group E (GZ-50) at a pressure not lower than 1.6kPa to installations located in facilities belonging to the Kobierzycka Purchasing Group, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997. Energy Law (Dz. U. of 2022, item 1385) and implementing regulations issued on its basis, as well as in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code.

2. The Contractor shall provide a comprehensive service within the meaning of Article 3(30) of the Energy Law, including:

a) sale of gaseous fuel of group E (GZ-50) at a pressure not lower than 1.6 kPa to the installation

and

(b) the transmission or distribution of gaseous fuel to delivery points.

3. A detailed list of collection points together with the estimated gas consumption in individual years is attached as Annex 8 to the SWZ.
