The subject matter of this order is the EXECUTION of a COMPLEXICAL DELIVERY GASE HIGHT TYPE E FOR PIŃCZOWSKA RELATION AND ONE ORGANISATION FOR objects indicated in Annex 1 to SWZ. The estimated natural gas demand for the period 01.01.2022 to 31.12.2022 is 4,222,077.00 kWh.
The subject matter of this order is the EXECUTION of a COMPLEXICAL DELIVERY GASE HIGHT TYPE E FOR PIŃCZOWSKA RELATION AND ONE ORGANISATION FOR objects indicated in Annex 1 to SWZ. The supply of gas will be carried out on the basis of a contract containing the provisions of the sales contract and the contract for the provision of gas transmission or distribution services (a comprehensive contract) and will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Energy Law, the Civil Code and the implementing rules issued on the basis of them.
Pińczowski County and the entities listed in Annex No 1 to the SWZ will conclude separate agreements arising from this procedure for the award of a public contract in the manner of an unlimited tender for the COMPLEXICAL DELIVERY GASE HIGHT TYPE E ON THE RELATE PIŃCZOWSKI AND ITS ORGANIZATIONAL UNITS. Details of the conclusion of contracts by the District and its organisational units are included in Annex 1 to the SWZ.
The Contracting Authority shall act on his own behalf and on the basis of a signed agreement (agreement for inspection at the premises of the Contracting Authority), on behalf of:
• Social Assistance House in Pińczowo
• County Road Management Board in Pińczowo
• Hugon Kołłątaj High School in Pińczów
• Special School and Education Centre in Pińczów
• Vocational School Team in Pińczowo
• Health Care Team in Pińczowo
• District Cultural Center for Tourism and Recreation Sports in Pińczowo
Order — Comprehensive supply of natural gas to the facilities listed in Annex 1 to SWZ:
The estimated natural gas demand for the period 01.01.2022 to 31.12.2022 is 4,222,077.00 kWh.
The cost of using the item of the order during the period consists of: gas sales fee, subscription fee, fixed distribution fee and variable distribution fee.
The estimated value of the order between 01.01.2022 and 31.12.2022 is 1,716 065.54 PLN. The costs incurred during the entire period of use of the object of the order are not included possible charges for exceeding the contractual power, the charges for failure to comply with the restrictions imposed by the Distribution System Operator, and other additional charges set in the Distribution System Operator Tariff, Traffic Instructions and Distribution Network Operation, which applies both to all Contractors and Orders (sellers and recipients), under the terms arising from the Distribution System Operator tariff, the Traffic Instructions and Exploitation of the Distribution Network.
The Contracting Authority informs that the process of changing the seller takes place once again the detailed information is contained in Annex 1 to SWZ.
