New competition for the renovation of Gjøvik town hall. The contract model has been changed to the main contract form for constructional work. The builder has calculated the main contract to approx. 81 000 000 NOK excluding VAT. In addition the main contractor shall have the building site administration and progress control for the plumbing, ventilation, electro, automation and lift joint contracts. The demolition contract and assistance with the disassembly and reassembly of the granite facade will also be carried out by joint contractors. In total the joint contracts are calculated to approx. 82 000 000 NOK excluding VAT.

The assignment is organised as a traditional main contract including rigging and operation. The tender documentation is based on NS 3420. The start-up will be in October 2017, with completion by October/November 2018, with the following testing, corrections and adjustments.
