UiB, c/o the IT Department, would like to join up with several actors who can provide assistance with IT consultancy support when needed. The procurement can be divided up into 3 disciplines:

1. Consultancy services for programming/development;

2. Consultancy services for technical IT competence;

3. Consultancy services for process/project management within IT processes/projects.

We will accept tenders for parts of the procurement, and will evaluate each discipline individually. Tenderers are, however, required to cover all the discipline categories within the sub-area the tender is submitted for. See the tender documentation for further details on the discipline categories.

In order to cover 1 or several sub areas, some tenderers will be required to cooperate with 1 or several actors, which is acceptable.
