Delivery and maintenance of a SPECT-CT for Klinikum Westfalen GmbH.

The subject of the tender is the supply, installation and maintenance of a double-head SPECT gamma camera in conjunction with a multiline CT system (SPECT-CT system). A new device is delivered. The SPECT-CT system is a multiline CT (at least 2 lines), integrated into a common enclosure. The SPECT/CT recordings can be carried out in a coherent automatic process. Individual requirements include the shortest possible SPECT/CT tunnel, good patient access (e.g. examination in bed), CT dose reduction technologies for the best possible dose utilization in order to achieve the lowest possible patient dose load. SPECT or CT recordings must also be self-sufficient, i.e. on their own. A multiline CT functionality with 2 or more lines is required. The SPECT/CT system is mainly used for oncological, cardiological and neurological routines. The system is used to carry out all common nuclear medical examinations such as whole body, SPECT, SPECT/CT, dynamic, planar and triggered investigations.

Delivery and installation take place in consultation with the client. Exchange is required, in particular, for structural issues and the connection to the IT infrastructure.

The subject is also a full maintenance contract without vacuum elements and without detectors and crystals, including gamma camera photomultiplier (variant 1). The costs of a full maintenance contract with vacuum elements, detectors, crystals and photomultipliers of the gamma camera are queried as an optional alternative position (variant 2). The bidders are obliged to offer both variants. The decision which variant is to be commissioned is made by the client before the award decision is made after knowledge of the content of the offer.
