The subject of the contract shall be services in the field of forest management as defined in the provision of Article 6 (1) point 1 of the Law of 28 September 1991 on forests (text one: Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1463) covering works in the field of logging and resorting, forest farming and conservation, protection of the forest, conservation and protection of the forest fire protection, winter maintenance of trails and depots, to be carried out in the Lutowiska Forest District in 2022.

2. The proceedings shall be carried out by unlimited tender pursuant to Article 129 (1) (1) referred to as Article 129 (2) and Articles 132 to 139 of the Law of Public Procurement (text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1129, as amended - 'PZP') and implementing acts to the PZP.

3. The proceedings shall be carried out in accordance with the rules laid down for the so-called 'reverse procedure' referred to in Article 139 (1), (3) to (4) of the PZP.

4. Variant offer information, framework agreement and electronic auction:

- The Contracting Authority shall not allow the submission of variant tenders,

- The Contracting Authority does not provide for the conclusion of a framework agreement,

- The Contracting Authority does not provide for the selection of the most favourable offer using electronic auction or the creation of a dynamic purchasing system.

5. The Contracting Authority authorises the submission of partial tenders. You can make an offer for one, several or all parts.

6.1. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts to the existing contractor, consisting of the repetition of similar services, within 3 years from the date of the award of the basic contract. Contracts may be awarded after the appropriate procedure, under the conditions laid down in the applicable rules.

The scope of the procurement services referred to in point 6.1 shall be work on logging and retraction of timber and forest development (including winter maintenance of trails and warehouses), to be carried out in the Forest District of Lutowiska, of which a detailed description of the performance technology, is included in Annex 1 and 1a to SWZ.

6.3. The contracts referred to in point 6.1 may be carried out throughout the forestry and not only in the area of the implementation of the part where the basic order is carried out.
