This technical assistance project forms part of SECO's Financial Sector portfolio for Vietnam. The project aims to improve senior management capabilities among director-level managers of banks (state-owned and joint stocks banks) in Vietnam through the delivery of a series of technical training seminars over a period of roughly 2 years. The training in modern bank management should be institutionalized through the participation of Bank Training School (BTS) in the project and be accompanied by capacity building measure for this institution.
