This procurement seeks to source long term partners who meet Scottish Water’s service requirements and provide great value going forward concerning the provision of Specialist Leadership Development Training. We also aim to procure learning partners who will work with us to create clear learning journeys, which map the developmental process that individuals will experience, to build our capability through a blended series of related and complementary learning interventions.

We also aimed to procure partners who will work with us to create clear learning journeys. Specialist Leadership development: Our aspiration is for all leaders to ‘Lead with Character’. A number of specific transformative skills areas such as prioritisation, decision-making, digital leadership, agile leadership and leading hybrid teams were identified as areas of focus. The target audience includes all leaders from first line operational team leaders through to business managers, senior leaders and executives. The aim is to obtain the capability to deliver niche and specialist leadership development interventions in specialist subject areas. Specialist providers will have deep expertise and extensive experience in providing high-quality development interventions in relevant specialist areas.
