Within the scope of the tender fall: the supply, installation, installation and maintenance of the new (large) kitchen appliances

The tender is issued to guarantee the delivery of the (large) kitchen appliances and the continuity of service and periodic (preventive and corrective) maintenance of the equipment for the coming years. The Client wishes to contract a Contractor who strives for optimal service and contributes to Rhineland objectives with regard to socially responsible employer and commissioning.

After inventory, the existing layout of the preparation kitchen and the issue of the company restaurant can be partly reused and partly needs to be replaced. This is drawn in a design of the kitchen. See also Annex 8. Most of the equipment is built into a workbench or a display case.

In addition to the preparation kitchen and the issue of the company restaurant, a coffee deli will be realized as a new facility in the reception hall including cooling equipment. The equipment needed to put this coffee deli into use falls within the scope of the tender. The delivery of the coffee machine for the coffee deli falls outside the scope of this tender. After awarding the contract, the required equipment will be agreed in detail in further consultation based on the most recent insights with HHR.
