The purpose of the Framework Agreement is to supply and deliver fresh, high-quality bakery and pastry products on behalf of the services and entities falling within the budgetary perimeter of the Prime Minister and the entities associated by agreement

In addition to the food products initially provided for in Annex 2 to the Deed of Commitment and Annex 1 to the CCTP, the prescribing services may use orders for products listed in the catalogue of each of the holders of the framework agreement up to a limit of 15% for each purchase order. This limit of 15% of orders is assessed in the light of the quotes and invoices sent by each holder, which will show separately and for each prescribing service the additional services ordered from the catalogue
