Mayotte Airport - creation of a long runway suitable for long-haul flights.

Socio-economic studies: the contract will include a firm phase and an optional phase.

By application of article 2193-3 of the public procurement code, the essential tasks which must be carried out directly by the holder are:

- realization of the socio-economic study of the project in anticipation of the consultation, the constitution of the public inquiry file and the file submitted for the opinion of the General Secretariat for Investment (SGPI);

- carrying out an assistance mission to the contracting authority during the consultation phase and in drafting the SGPI and public inquiry files.
