The purpose of this consultation is to operate and manage the supply of a hydrogen production, distribution and storage facility, serving as a fuel for vehicles operated by SPLETPSMAP - SPL STAP. The consultation will mainly concern the following missions:

- general operation,

- ICPE operation,

- operating balance.
