Carpentry and roofing work on the 4th construction phase of the general renovation of a grammar school

Carpentry and roofing work:

The slate roofing on the existing roof of the BT C will be demolished and replaced with a new one. Since the thickness of the existing formwork does not correspond to today's standard, a new formwork is applied to the existing one. The resulting height offset is also used to insulate the reinforced concrete abutments in the area of the eaves.

The building extension on the ground floor will have a flat roof with extensive green roofs.

Slate roof:

- Demolition of existing slate cover: approx. 470 m²

- New slate covering: approx. 485 m²

- 2 x Kastenrinne je ca. 45 m

Flat roof:

- Flat roof with extensive greening: approx. 125 m²
