The subject of the order is cleaning of office premises and grounds and maintenance of green areas of the Lublin — West District Court in Lublin.
First task — location: 76 and 78 Krakowskie Przedmieście Street in Lublin.
Second task — location: 13 Boczna Lubomelska Street in Lublin.
Third task — location: Konrad Wallenroda Street 4d in Lublin.
A detailed description of the subject of the order is provided accordingly for the task in the Annexes to SWZ No: 1a, 1b, 1c.
First task - the provision of cleaning services - 76 and 78 Krakowskie Przedmieście Street in LublinThe first task includes cleaning of office premises and grounds and maintenance of green areas of the Lublin District Court in Lublin - West in Lublin at 76 and 78 Krakowskie Przemieście Street in Lublin.
The interior area covered by the cleaning service is: 6 229 m2, the area around the buildings: 3 792 m2 of which paved area: 3 312 m2 and green area 480 m2.
Comprehensive cleaning services include: cleaning of office rooms, corridors, hols, staircases, communication strings, stairs, toilet rooms, bathrooms, washing windows and other surfaces (lamperies, glaze walls), cleaning furniture, lining baskets with foil bags, putting rubbish in the indicated place, cleaning the shoe wipers, washing and vacuuming of floor coverings (including carpets) and washing, pasting and frothering of floors.
The Contractor shall be obliged to:
1) the provision of cleaning services minimum on every working day for the Ordering Party,
2) provide the means and equipment needed for the execution of the order, including the mechanical device for cleaning floors - a minimum of one device, in each of the facilities,
3) ensure the supply of liquid soap, toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, sand and magnesium chloride/calcium chloride and surface disinfection preparations (preparation in hand disinfectant dispensers is supplemented by the Ordering Party),
4) Provide funds and equipment needed to perform the order.
In addition to the necessary assortment with which each person providing cleanliness services must be equipped, the Contractor will be obliged to provide each person providing cleaning services with individual means for: cleaning furniture, disinfection and cleaning LCD monitors.
Persons who will perform directly services to the Contracting Authority (cleaning, as well as exercising direct supervision) may not be convicted of committing a criminal offence/tax offence. Persons who appear as convicted persons in the Criminal Record of the National Criminal Register may not be allowed to provide the service.
At least 7 housekeepers must have a minimum of 6 months of experience performing cleaning services.
Persons used by the Contractor must be trained in particular in health and safety, as well as fire regulations before proceeding to the provision of services. Training Contractor will carry out his own efforts and at his own expense.
The exterior area also includes city walkways adjacent to the site where the Courthouse is located.
The premises and outdoor area subject to cleaning must be kept in the current cleanliness.
The Contractor will provide the funds and equipment necessary for the implementation of the service. The washing and cleaning agents used by the Contractor must have up-to-date certificates or certificates authorising them for use on the Polish market or other documents confirming the use of equivalent solutions.
The Contracting Authority requires employment under the employment contract of persons performing as part of the execution of the order of the daily cleaning service. The Contractor may entrust the execution of part of the contract to the subcontractor (s). The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214 (1) (7) of the Pzp Act, consisting in repetition of services consistent with the subject of the basic contract and to a range not exceeding 50% of the value of the contract.
Second task - the provision of cleaning services - Boczna Lubomelska Street in LublinThe second task includes cleaning of office premises and grounds and maintenance of green areas of the Lublin District Court in Lublin - West in Lublin at 13 Boczna Lubomelska Street in Lublin.
Interior area covered by cleaning service: 2 382 m2, area around the building: 1 426 m2 of which paved area: 1308 m2 and green area 118 m2.
Comprehensive cleaning services include: cleaning of office rooms, corridors, hols, staircases, communication strings, stairs, toilet rooms, bathrooms, washing windows and other surfaces (lamperies, glaze walls), cleaning furniture, lining baskets with foil bags, putting rubbish in the indicated place, cleaning the shoe wipers, washing and vacuuming of floor coverings and washing, pasting and frothering of floors.
The Contractor shall be obliged to:
