On the basis of Order No. 227 of the Government of the Republic of 17.06.2021, Eesti Energia AS announces public procurement on behalf of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Eesti Energia AS creates a dynamic procurement system for obtaining transport services with a validity period of 36 months, with which undertakings qualifying for qualification during the period of its validity may join on a current basis. On the basis of the dynamic procurement system, transport services are centrally sourced to both the companies belonging to the group and to those acquiring through voluntary central procurement. The object of the dynamic procurement system is the ordering of internal and international land transport services (including customs formalities). Only tenderers or applicants who have their residence or seat in the country specified in § 3 p (2) of the RHS (Estonia, another Member State of the European Union, other Contracting State of the European Economic Area or a country that accedes to the World Trade Organisation's public procurement contract) can participate in public procurement. The contracting authority shall inform the information day through the exchange of information in the register.
